Chisato Tanuma is a minor character in the yuri series Maria-sama ga Miteru. She is part of the Kendo Club and is an admirer of Rei Hasekura. In the fourth season she is the finder of Yoshino's card.

- She was the winner of yellow card of Rosa Foetida en bouton in Lillian Academy Valentine treasure hunt game, she found it in the library inside a book, and took a date with Rei for half a day.
- On her date with Rei, she went to the theater with her to see a movie, then later it was showing that she hugged Rei's arm excitedly.
- After her date with Rei she acquainted Yoshino that Rei was truly kind, and she felt so lucky, but without realizing it, Rei called her "Yoshino" five times, because no matter what they were talking about, no matter where they were, Yoshino was there inside Rei, and that's why she cried in front of Yoshino at the entrance of her house.
- The end of her first-year, right after the date she had with Rei, she joined the Kendo Club she was in.
