Drusilla is a playable character in the the video game Granblue Fantasy. She is the focal character in the event Only You in All the World, along with Nerine.

- In Only You in All the World:
- During the Ending (between chapter 5 and chapter 6, not the actual ending), they hold hands while crying at the thought of never meeting again.
- When Drusilla enters Nerine's mind to bring her back, as she is initially invisible to Nerine, she writes on the ground so Nerine can see it. Nerine manages to grab her hand, which Erbsu claims to have made it awkward for her to emerge.
- After they come back to the real world, Nerine hugs and sniffs Drusilla, saying "dream Drusilla" doesn't compare to the real thing.
- During Happily Ever After (the actual ending), it is revealed she decided to stay in Omelas with Morimori before travelling with Drusilla. After Drusilla says she'll count the days until the two can travel together, Nerine says she's got Drusilla wrapped around her finger, to which Drusilla calls her a little devil.
- Also during Happily Ever After, she says she's a normal girl, but special all the same because Nerine said so.
