Miyuki Rokujou is the director of the photography club in Kakegurui Twin. She also belongs to Zenshoukai. She can be friendly and funny at times.

- She's a talented photographer. She is quite perverted as well and probably spends some time stalking and taking photos of Tsuzura.
- She has taken an interest in Tsuzura and thinks she is cute and would make a great motif to photograph.
- During the festival, she catches their attention and wants to play a game with them. Yukimi was against it, finding Eneru weird. But she uses her rank to get them to play with her. The game involves, having to take pictures of the other players without being photographed by the others. In the game, players also have to play Rock-Paper-Scissors and the loser must take off a piece of clothing. Eneru most likely chose this game, because she is so fascinated by Tsuzura. She then hugs her, making Tsuzura feel awkward. Yukimi pushes Eneru out of the way, which annoys her.
- When she was inside the photographing game against Tsuzura, she was down to her underwear when she lost. She was furious and even takes her mask off to scream. She was very disappointed not to get a nude picture of Tsuzura.
