Shion Tōmori is a secondary character in the yuri series Strawberry Panic!. The student council president of Spica, Shion is a very shrewd girl and is constantly scheming something. However, despite her initial demeanor, she is moderate in personality and rather disinclined towards extreme measures and outright obstructionism.

- After the current Etoile graduates, she would like very much for an attendant of Spica to become the next Etoile and is constantly pushing for this to take place. Her best bet right now is to try to convince Amane Ootori to consider the position, though Shion has had much trouble already trying to convey this to her.
- She thought that Amane wasn't going to accept any of her fangirls presents because she didn't want to be the next Etoile.
- For the culture festival play she recommend that Amane will be Don José, just when she thinks about Miator's Shizuma as Carmen and Spica's Amane as Don José makes her excited, believing that Amane will definitely look charming on stage.
- In order to persuade Hikari into believing that she's worthy of becoming Amane's partner in the Etoile election she lets her know that she's special to Amane.
