Touko Nanami is one of the main characters in the yuri manga/anime Bloom into You (Yagate Kimi ni Naru). She is introduced as one of the people who convinces Yuu to join the student council. They soon form a strong bond when Yuu agrees to help Touko run for student council president. Also has a very close friendship with Sayaka Saeki.

- In the first episode of the anime and Chapter 1 of the manga Touko holds Yuu's hand as she tells a boy that she does not reciprocate his romantic interest. When the call is over, Touko proceeds to pull Yuu into a close embrace and confess that she may be falling in love with Yuu.
- Introduced Yuu to french kissing in episode 9
- Tends to be the initiator of any romantic interaction between the two for a while. She tries to get Yuu to initiate a kiss in episode 9 but is unsuccessful, hence the french kiss.
