Koakuma is a character in the series Touhou Project. A devil where she's seen around the library of Scarlet Devil Mansion where she apparently lives in the mansion. Her exact role is difficult to tell, but she is believed to be an assistant in Patchouli Knowledge's library.

- She openly expresses her admiration of Patchouli Knowledge, like when she came flying to her squealing and complimenting her water trap spell over Scarlet Devil Mansion.
- After she and Patchouli were beaten by the fight in the mansion, she was worried more about Patchouli's safety.
- On Strange and Bright Nature Deity Chapter 14, she appears to be serving Patchouli her home-made cooking in the library.
- Acted hostile towards Marisa Kirisame for stealing some books from the library, but it's mentioned earlier that Marisa was having a fun time teasing Patchouli by clinging to her and sharing the read.
