Noel is a main character in the series Celestial Method. A mysterious girl whom Nonoka first met seven years ago. She is eventually revealed to be the saucer itself, which Nonoka Komiya and her friends had called down. Noel really loves everything. She is optimistic at all times no matter the situation. Usually, if she sets her mind on anything she will work towards it with all her might. Noel is also clumsy, breaking a few things and falling down randomly in a few episodes.
