Nozomi Tōjō is one of the main characters in the anime and manga Love Live! School Idol Project. She is a member of the idol group µ's (Muse) and is responsible for giving Honoka an idea for naming it.

With Eli Ayase[]
- She agrees to go eat parfaits with Eli in the anime, implying it was a regular activity between the two.[1]
- Commented that she'd like to see Eli in a sexy dress.[2]
- She has a duet with Eli called Garasu no Hanazono.
- A verse in the Garasu no Hanazono translates into "I'm in love with a girl."
- In an audio drama, Nozomi confesses that her wish at the shrine was to convey her feelings to Eli, in turn confessing. She quickly then proceeds to pass it off as a joke and teases Eli as she runs away. As Eli chases Nozomi angrily for toying with her, Kotori notes that it likely wasn't a joke.[3]
- In a School Idol Diary, ~Autumn School Festival~, she does a school play of Romeo and Juliet in Chapter 1: Celebration of the Eve. Eli played Romeo and herself Juliet.
- Said chapter is written by Umi and comes in the original text, a manga version, and voiced in LL!SIF as a tie-up SID story.

- She has a duet with Nico called Otome Shiki Ren'ai Juku
- She has a technique called Washi Washi, or WashiWashiMax. It is an art that is really only Nozomi groping a girl's breasts from behind. It is used both as a punishment and a threat. By merely wiggling her hands in a predatory way, the other members fall in line or futilely try to escape. Its' usage is repetitive in the series:
- She used the move on Maki when she was distracted, peeking on the second-year trio's practice.[4]
- She used the move on Nico whenever she answered with her Nico-nii or got a question wrong during their study session. Nico was tense with dread all the while. Evidentially, Nico had been subjected to it before the anime's start.[5]
- Used the move on the idiot trio (HonoNicoRin) who had snuck off to practice on the rooftop instead of studying in the clubroom as they had promised. As Rin pointed out, as she was suffering, Nozomi was enjoying herself. She specially complemented Honoka's bust.[5]
- Promised to rub Kotori's plump breasts if she kept running away from everyone.[6]
- She blatantly admits liking cute girls in one of the stories in the mobile game, Love Live! School Idol Festival (LL!SIF).
- In the audio dramas, she has a "Captain Nozomi and Private Rin" relationship with Rin. This usually results in an impromptu manzai act, or her getting into shenanigans with Rin.
- Acted out a romantic scene with Rin to tease Umi. Nozomi acknowledged that it was a bit lewd, but not enough to stimulate a nosebleed from it.[7]
