Katou is a main character in the yuri manga Kuchibiru Tameiki Sakurairo . A ghost of a girl who watches the scene play out in Touhou high school. She was a sickly girl, but she was cheerful and intuitive. She possessed Natsuka Ide's body accidentally because she was angry at her for misbehaving with Komatsu.
