Matsuri Hīragi is a minor character in the series Lucky Star. The middle daughter of the Hiiragi children, who's also a shrine maiden. Matsuri is hot headed and takes things too seriously, similar to Kagami. She also appears to be lazy and only does things when she feels like it. Matsuri appears to put things somewhat bluntly, at least with grades. She tends to be less dependable than Inori when helping their younger twin sisters with school work. Her birthday is on March 2.
