The 'protagonist' of The Executioner and Her Way of Life. She has the undesirable duty to eliminate any and all Otherworlders that enter her world or they may face more calamities.

She was the sole survivor of her village that was destroyed when an 'Otherworlder' lost control of her powers. She witnessed an executioner who would eventually become her master finish her off before the 'Otherworlder' could inadvertently cause more havoc in the world.

Volume 01[]
- When the train Akari and her were taking was hijacked, one of the hijackers attempted to force Menou to strip. Akari offered to strip in Menou's place to which Menou took advantage of the hijacker being distracted to take him down. She then tells Akari she appreciates what she was willing to do for her.
- Menou was stunned when she looked into Akari's mental state and saw how she had complete trust in her.
- While she rejected Akari's invitation to take a bath with her, she did fulfill her promise to take Akari sightseeing and was budgeting for it, so she could keep Akari entertained.
- Menou blushes when she tells Momo that she is taking Akari out sightseeing.
- Menou makes it a point to buy Momo a present for being important to her.
