Minako Tsukiyama is a minor character in the yuri series Maria-sama ga Miteru. She is both Editor-in-Chief and president for the Lillian Kawaraban, the school's newspaper. She is hyperactive, dedicated to her duty as president.

- She wished to have a petite soeur like Yoshino.
- For the school paper's Valentine's Day event, she planned the treasure hunt of the boutons' chocolates,when the three boutons will hide hand-made chocolate on campus, then it was replaced by the plan of having them trade in cards for additional prizes, a ticket for a date with a bouton for half a day.
- She flashed the reason Yoshino came to keep an eye on Rei and Chisato because she was worried, and demanded her to not be shy, after all, Yoshino's most beloved dear sister was on a date with another girl, she found it's only natural that Yoshino would be jealous.
