Nagisa Momoeis a supporting character in both anime and manga of Madoka Magica. She first appeared as the witch Charlotte, before being properly introduced in the sequel Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie: Rebellion. Nagisa is usually rather childish, serving as the plucky and cheerful comic relief of the group, though she's shown to be more perceptive than she seems. As Bebe, she is even more childish, often jumping around, and panicking at the thought of turning into cheese. She seems to hate Kyubey, as she is seen snarling at him several times as Bebe form to and from Bebe (and by extension Charlotte's second form). She can also summon Charlotte's and other witches' familiars.

- Nagisa is the only girl who supported and cheered Mami on since she was the only magical girl in existence, they share a special relationship and live together in one apartment.
- One single cheesecake which Mami makes is what she thinks the best she can receive.
- She can hug and cling to Mami in Bebe form, she also loves to be caressed by her, and rest on her thighs.
