Navia Caspar is a character in Genshin Impact. She is the president of the Spina di Rosula, a mantle previously held by her late father Callas.

- She is the first one to realize that Clorinde had been trying to fight a possible threat while they were roleplaying, but knew how to follow Clorinde's lead to keep Furina and Paimon from realizing something was wrong.
- During Chiori's fashion show, she takes Kirara's hand and helps her down the stage by holding onto her waist.
- In Chiori's story quest, Navia personally escorts Kirara back to Inazuma.
