Reika Aoki is a main character in Smile Precure!. With her elegant demeanor, she is an awe-inspiring yet kind girl. - Nao is the only Pretty Cure whom Reika does not add the formal honorific "-san", since she's her closest friend.
- On the trip to Osaka, she hugged Nao on their futon, excited to know about Miyuki's love interest.
- Blushed when Nao embraced her out of fear of the headless figures who happened to be Miyuki and Akane in their ghost forms caused by the magical camera made by the evil witch Majorina.
- In the Mysterious Library, While Nao was holding some baskets and was on the verge of falling, Reika grabbed her waist trying to pull her before they fall together intertwined around each other on the ground.

- Took the role of the prince during the reenactment of Cinderella, while Miyuki was Cinderella herself.
- Before the Fairy Tale read aloud, she blushed when Miyuki held her hands closely.
- It pained her heart to hear about Yayoi's transfer, although it was just an April's Fools prank by Yayoi that she couldn't stop before it went too far.
