Utsuho Reiuji is a character from the series Touhou Project. She's a Hell raven who has lived in the underground world since before it was separated from Hell. Her job is to regulate the flames of the Hell of Blazing Fires. With the left leg "the leg of decomposition" and the right leg "the leg of fusion", therefore by that which controls this, the right arm's "third leg" (control rod and fuel rod), she is able to manipulate the ultimate energy, nuclear fusion.
